1. Data controller

José Luis Martínez H. (Centro Terapéutico Momento, Madrid, Spain) is the controller for the data collected through this website. You can reach him at contacto@recuperacionsinreservas.com.

2. What data we collect

We only collect data when you choose to send it, through the contact form or the optional "I'd like to be contacted" form that appears after completing a self-assessment test:

• Name
• Email
• Phone number
• Whatever message you write (which may include, if you choose to share it, information about your health or a family member's, in the context of an addiction)

We don't collect any personal data just from browsing the site. Usage statistics (page views, clicks) are stored 100% anonymously: no IP address, no tracking cookies, no user-agent, and no identifier that could reveal who you are.

3. What we use your data for

Solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to give you information about therapeutic support. We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis

The consent you give by checking the corresponding box and submitting the form (GDPR art. 6.1.a). Because the content of your message may reveal health-related information, we treat that consent with the heightened standard that applies to special categories of data (GDPR art. 9.2.a).

5. Who has access to your data

• José Luis Martínez H., as the sole recipient, to respond to your inquiry.
• Telegram: submitting the form automatically generates a notification containing your message, sent through Telegram's bot API, so José Luis can respond as quickly as possible. Telegram acts here as an internal notification channel, not as a third party with its own purposes.
• Our hosting and email provider, solely as technical infrastructure hosting.

We don't share your data with any other third party, and we don't use it to train AI models or for advertising.

6. How we protect your data

Messages you send are stored encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) on our server. Only José Luis has access to the decryption key, through a username/password-protected admin panel. Daily backups of the encrypted log are kept.

7. How long we keep your data

For as long as there's an active inquiry relationship, or until you ask us to delete it. You can request deletion of your data at any time by writing to contacto@recuperacionsinreservas.com.

8. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability at any time by writing to contacto@recuperacionsinreservas.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), or your own country's equivalent authority, if you believe the processing doesn't comply with applicable law.

9. Cookies

The public part of this site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The internal admin panel (for José Luis's exclusive use) uses a single technical session cookie, needed to stay logged in, which does not track visitors to the site.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or site changes. Last updated: July 2026.
